We want you to love your vibrant Romero Britto pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must retain original tags and packaging to reflect the artistic integrity of the work.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
